What you are buying

The Interview Ready Package is a professional writing service. For $99 (AUD, one-off) you receive:

• A professionally rewritten resume, based on the information you provide
• A matching cover letter you can adapt for individual roles
• Formatting designed to be read correctly by Applicant Tracking Systems
• Two rounds of revisions
• Your first draft within two to three business days of me receiving your completed questionnaire

This is a writing and editing service. It is not recruitment, career counselling, migration advice or legal advice.

What I need from you

I can only write from what you give me. To get your draft on time, please complete the questionnaire fully and honestly, and send through your current resume if you have one.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you tell me. I will write your experience persuasively, but I will never invent qualifications, employment, dates or achievements, and I will not knowingly include anything false. If I have reason to believe something is not accurate, I will ask you about it before it goes into your resume.

Timing

The two to three business day turnaround starts when I have your completed questionnaire, not when you pay. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

If you are working towards a closing date, tell me when you book and I will let you know honestly whether I can meet it.

If I am unable to deliver on time for any reason, I will tell you as soon as I know and give you the choice of a new date or a full refund.

Revisions

Your package includes two rounds of revisions. A round means you send me your changes in one go and I return an updated version.

Revisions cover wording, structure, emphasis, tone and corrections. They also cover anything I have misunderstood or got wrong — that is on me, and fixing it does not use up one of your rounds.

A revision round does not cover rewriting your resume for a completely different career direction, or adding substantial employment history you did not mention originally. If that is what you need, I am happy to quote for it.

Please send revision requests within 30 days of receiving your first draft. After that I will consider the job complete, though you are always welcome to book further work.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Because this is a custom writing service created specifically for you, I do not offer refunds for change of mind once I have started writing.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before I begin your first draft. Just email me.

If the work is not what you expected, tell me. In almost every case a revision round fixes it, and I would much rather get it right than have you walk away unhappy.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose. If I fail to meet those guarantees you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.

What I cannot promise

I will give you the strongest honest representation of your experience. I cannot promise you interviews or a job offer, because hiring decisions depend on the market, the employer, the other applicants and the interview itself — none of which I control.

I format your documents to work well with Applicant Tracking Systems and avoid the things that commonly break them. Because every employer configures their system differently, no writer can guarantee performance in every ATS, and I will not pretend otherwise.

Your privacy

Your resume contains sensitive personal information and I treat it that way.

• I use your information only to write your documents and to communicate with you about the work.
• I never sell, share or publish your details, and I will not send them to employers or recruiters.
• I will not use your resume, or any part of it, as a public example or in marketing without asking you first.
• I use AI tools to assist with drafting, formatting and proofreading. These are business-tier tools that do not use your information to train public models.
• I keep your file for 12 months so returning clients do not have to start again, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

How I use AI

I am open about this because you deserve to know what you are paying for.

AI helps me with the repetitive parts: organising your information, checking consistency, spotting gaps, proofreading and checking formatting. It is the reason I can offer this service at $99 rather than the $295 I used to charge.

Every resume is read, edited and rewritten by me before it reaches you. The judgement, the storytelling and the final call are mine.

Copyright

Once you have paid in full, the finished resume and cover letter are yours. Use them, edit them and send them wherever you like.

The templates, formatting systems, question sets and written frameworks behind them remain mine.

Communication

I work weekdays and reply to most emails within one business day. I am a one-person business, so if I am unwell or away I will tell you and give you a realistic date.

I ask for the same courtesy I give: respectful, honest communication. I reserve the right to end an engagement and refund any unearned portion if that breaks down.
